Hallo friends,
as my helping hand in translating is having vacations
I'll show you further steps of the progess of my
layout anyway, trying to explain it in English.
The final result should be an E shaped layout, with
very poor landscaping as what I need is more the fun
of running trains than environment.
The point motors have been hidden and at present all
the electric mess has to be done. Power is given in the classic
analogue way as with the quantity of the locos I collected and built,
it would be the hell to put decoders inside of each one.
Each one of the three arms of the
"E" is a little layout by itself and indipendent from the other.
Have a nice sunday.

Hallo friends.
Here I'm back with some further steps on
my layout. As I already told it's more important to
me to let trains run, so landscaping is limited but
I'll do my best to give it an Austrian look.
Also the self built "Segmentdrehscheibe" will be placed
Maybe I put some pictures in the other thread.
I'll be back again when the buildings has been placed.
Have a nice day.

Hello obb43!
I´m really impressed!
Think you have so much space. Sorry for my bad english (it is really to breake - somebody remember eventually the "Filser-Briefe...?")
but what you are kunstructed is very beautyful and so large!
I´m very interestet on a overall-layout of your construction.
It is possibel to show some?
And your theme is ÖBB?
Can you show some of your locos and trains also?
Which manufacture are they?
So I wish you happy building!
Greetings Bob

Hallo Friends
Here we go again with some pictures of
works in progress. Some lanscaping is done in
building rocks with chalk and silicon moulds, piece
by piece to have the structure I like.
Also some buildings and lineside structures has been
completed as warehouses, sheds and station buildings a.s.o.
As you can see, its all very simple and is supposed to be
a continental military railway shortly before passing over to civil population.
So, military trains are still running but also civil trains of all
kind and shapes.
Somebody was even thinking about a museum railway on a
short branch.
My nasty and ugly friends call my layout "play-station" and we
will talk about it when they want to let run their trains on it.
Sorry for quality of some pictures.
Have a nice day.
Best wishes from Milan.

Hello Friends
Here the first steps in detailing my layout.
As you can see, some of them like the water tower are used to cover
the point motors.
Will be back with better pics later on.
Best
